RESERVATION & PAYMENT

All fees for hotel accommodation should be paid in Euro to Topkon Congress Services clearly stating the participant's name and address.

BY BANK TRANSFER:

By credit card (Visa / Mastercard) All requests will be handled on a 'first come-first served' basis. Topkon will make every effort to confirm your hotel in accordance with your priority. Hotel reservations will not be confirmed if the proof of payment is not received by Topkon Congress Services. Check-in and Check-out times The normal check-in and check-out times at most hotels are 14:00 and 12:00 noon respectively.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Received	Before June 20, 2008	Full refund, minus cost for bank transfer if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services.
	June 20 to July 20, 2008	Only one night deposit will be charged if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services.
	After July 20, 2008	In case of late cancellations (after July 20, 2008) or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room can not be re-sold.

Any enquiries of requests for additional information as well as charges or cancellations of room reservations are to be adressed directly to Topkon Congress Services.

IMPORTANT :

The additional bank transfer fees incurred should be covered by the registering delagate. For participants not staying at the conference hotel, extra charge of 50.-Euro / per day will be added to the registration fee by the hotel due to the "full board" nature of the hotel.
