• The additional bank transfer fees incurred should be covered by the registering delagate.
• For participants not staying at the conference hotel, extra charge of 50.-Euro / per day will be added to the registration fee by the hotel due to the "full board" nature of the hotel.

Registration Procedure:

The deadline for early registration is June 20th , 2008. Registration can be done by e-mail, or fax. Registration is managed by the Conference Organizing Agency, TOPKON.
Payments are accepted in Euro.

On-site Registration:

On-site registration is possible during the conference. The registration fees can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation is not possible after June 20th, 2008. A 20% processing fee will be charged only if written cancellation is received by TOPKON before June 20th, 2008.
